What kind of businesses can use Bookit24 Booking System

Our system supports Appointment and Rental services, and anyone can use it. From a one-person company to companies with multiple staff members and services.

Appointment services is hour based services, and the system supports both hour based rental and 24 hour rental (accommodation)

 

Do I need to have my own webpage?

No!

One of the most important parts of our service is the Booking Portal. You will get your own profile here,
and all your services will be available for booking from this portal.

This will make it easy for new customers to find your company and book your services - and we will do all the marketing!
But you can still put a "Book Now" button on your webpage if you have one.

 

Will I be notified when customers book a new appointment?

Yes. An email will be sent to you right away when a new booking is made.
You can also activate SMS notification and receive new bookings instantly with SMS.

 

Can I add reservations/appointments taken by phone or in person to my schedule?

Yes. Log in to your Dashboard on www.bookit24.com, select "Services" and add the new appointment/reservation.

It is important to add all bookings to your schedule to make sure your schedule is updated when new customers try to book appointments.
Customers will be able to see and select available slots during the booking process.

 

I try to add a new service, but there's no category/service that fits my kind of service?

Please contact us, and we will add the new category right away.

The reason why you can't add it your self is that customers select the different categories/services when they search or browse for services.
This means that we need to control the categories/main services in order to keep a good structure of the system.

 

Can customers cancel their appointment?

Yes, but they need to contact you in order to do so.

They can contact you by email/phone, and you simply go in to their appointment and change status to Cancelled.
The timeslot will be available for new customers right away.

The reason why we have made it like this is that we want you to control this part.
It would be easier for customers to cancel an appointment from the webpage, and customers could abuse a function like this.

 

Do I have to pay commission on all bookings?

No!

We charge a commission fee for each booking made from the Booking Portal.
This is a sale that we generate for you.

But you don't pay any commission for bookings made from your own webpage or made by your self.

 

Which country does Bookit24 work in?

Our system only supports USD and English language at the moment.

But other currencies and languages will be added shortly, and our system will work in any country.

 

How safe is online payment?

Paypal is handling all payments in our system, and the payment itself is handled on their website.

Paypal use https, and all payments data is encrypted.

Can I send SMS to my customers?

Yes, you can purchase SMS credits from your Dashboard on www.bookit24.com, and SMS notifications will automatically be activated.
This means that an SMS reminder will be sent to each customer 2 hours ahead of his or her appointment in order to avoid no-show.

You can also activate SMS notification (to your self when a new booking is made), or send campaign SMS to all your customers that have agreed
to receive offers/campaigns during signup.
